Villa Alessandra was originally the farm buildings of the neighboring estate. It was recently restored and refurbished to extremely high standards using authentic materials in the traditional Lucchese style. With terracotta tiled floors and chestnut beamed ceilings, the property has modern, well equipped kitchens and bathrooms, plasma screen TV's with sky satellite and DVD, stereo systems, central heating, a gym and even its own private 16th century chapel.
Set in countryside surrounded by a lawned garden and mature trees, yet only a 10 minute drive from the beautiful town of Lucca, Villa Alessandra is ideal for large groups. The house has a light and airy feel achieved by clever design features such as discreet windows between the roof beams to complement large windows and matching colored furnishings. The spacious and comfortable bedrooms with cooling ceiling fans all have access to an elegant bathroom, most are ensuite with a full bath and separate walk-in shower.
The immaculately presented main house is connected by a large courtyard to the barn with additional accommodations of a similar high standard to the main house, an opportunity for inviting more friends and family to stay. Surrounded by private gardens, the house and barn look onto an inviting pool for refreshing dips in the summer. Luxurious and spacious with excellent staff and facilities.
In the morning, everyone will find a convivial and cordial buffet breakfast. A meeting room, which can accomodate 25 persons. In the evening, tle clients can get together at the bar to relax for some time before going to dinner at one of numerous restaurants around the district of Champs-Elysées.
Located close to the Palais des Congrès which is famous for its boutiques and conference centers, to Arc de Triomphe, Champs-Elysées and to La Défense which today, has become number the one business center in Europe, La Villa Alessandra is just at the center of several prestigious districts of Paris. A private car parking, which has 15 cars capacity, is also available at the clients disposal for their convenience and comfort.

Nel 1952, Donna Alessandra ne fece una residenza estiva, costruendo una nuova ala e la caratteristica rotonda brecciata. Nel 1972, acquistata dalla famiglia De Melis, fu aperta al pubblico con l’attività di ristorante, che continua ancora oggi, dopo 38 lunghi anni di maturata esperienza. Villa Alessandra è oggi un hotel con 10 stanze finemente arredate, una sala congressi da 200 posti, due ampi saloni da 500 posti e 10.000 m2 di parco, giardino con alberi secolari. E' specializzata nell’organizzazione di banchetti di matrimonio raffinati ed eleganti.
